This may or may not help you:
There is a software program on Hewlett Packard's website that allows you to
easily format web content for printing. It comes with all new HP color
deskjet printers. Sorry, can't remember the name of it, but if you have an
HP printer (color or not), you should be able to get it at
http://www.hp.com/ and use it to print the article you desire.

The problem is that there is a graphic (Figure 1) that has been set too
large. This is causing the overall page width to be greater than paper
width. The only solution (other than printing landscape) is to save a local
copy of the page and edit the graph to be smaller, or save a text only
version (loosing all graphics).
