Based upon information from the "Iron and Steel Beams: 1873 to 1952"
publication from AISC, a B20x59 (used around 1909 or 1911) has the
following section properties:

A = 17.36 in^2
d = 20.0 in
b = 8.0 in
t(web) = .375 in
m (thickness of flange at connection to web) = .818 in
n (thickness of flange at tip of flange) = .475 in
Ix = 1172.2 in^4
Sx = 117.2 in^3
rx = 8.22 in
Iy = 48.3 in^4
Sy = 12.1 in^3
ry = 1.66 in
