If I remember geometry correctly, a rectangle is a 4-sided polygon with all
corners at 90 deg. angles. A square is a special case of a rectangle in
which the four sides are equal in length.

greetings esteemed group,
a quick question of code interpretation
sec. 2220.127.116.11 limits b/t ratio for tube braces. It says RECTANGULAR tubes.
We are debating whether the code means all tubes or tubes that are not
square i.e. a rectangle. AISC uses 190/root Fy generically.
