Nels,

Take a look on the SEAMi web page (www.seami.org).  I have tried to place
as many links on there that I can think of.  If you take a look at it and
think of any other good links/organizations to add, let me know.  I
already have one other link that I will be adding shortly...to the Corp of
Engineers publications page.
