A-490 bolts are restricted for tensile fatigue (AISC 9th Edition, p. 5-107),
but I am not aware of any limitations for shear fatigue provided the bolts
are installed and tensioned as required by the "Specification for Structural
Joints Using ASTM A325 or A490 Bolts".
