RE: Drift limitations for wind loading

The allowable drift is a serviceability issue and is primarily dependent on
the exterior cladding of the structure.  A good source of information is
included in AISC's Steel Design Guide Series 3, "Serviceability Design
Considerations for Low-Rise Buildings."
