Beam info needed

[Subject Prev][Subject Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next]
David,

It looks as if the beam was rolled by either Carnegie or Illinois Steel in
the 1916 - 1940 time period.

A = 10.91 in^2
d = 15.0 in
b(f) = 6.75 in
t(f) = 0.602" at web to 0.310" at toe
t(w) = 0.332 in
Ix = 405.5 in^4
Sx = 54.1 in^3
rx = 6.10 in
Iy = 19.9 in^4
Sy = 5.9 in^3
ry = 1.35 in

Hope this helps.
