For thin wall multi-celled sections see Timoshenko's Strength of
Materials book or any other discussion of the membrane analogy. (Stephen
Pavelovich's discussion rules!)
FYI, a box-in doubly symmetric section like an I has the same torsional
stiffness as box alone--the web doesn't help.
