The ground snow loading, along the coast of Maine, varies anywhere from 50
to 100 psf.
Roof snow loading is dependent on your structure.
The best thing to do (and I really recommend it), is to call the local
building official for this info.
In the same phone call, info on seismic zones & special codes required can
also be attained.
