In earthquake country there is a CA govt publication titled "Architectural
Practice and Earthquake Hazards: a Report on the Arthitect's Role in
Earthquake Hazard Mitigation" SSC 91-10 that contains suggested primary and
support roles for the major disciplines for various phases and parts of
typical building projects in high-seismic areas. Its available for $4.00
from my office via snail mail and check only at the address below. I believe
that amount includes postage and handling.

California Seismic Safety Commission, 1755 Creekside Oaks Drive Suite 100,
Sacramento, CA 95833 916-263-0582 Work Phone, 916-263-0594 Fax
