Re: w/c ratio after concrete set

I heard these words of wisdom scores of years ago.  It came up in a
discussion about a deposition that a colleague of mine had given wherein he
described the process of "pouring concrete" vs. placing concrete.  It was
inferred by one of the propounding attorneys that concrete that "pouring
concrete" and W/C <= 0.45 and slump <= 4.0 inches were mutually exclusive.
