Winter issue of Structure (fwd)

For those of you who do structural engineering for residential buildings,
this might be of interest to you.  If anyone has the time, you might want
to consider authoring an article.  In particular someone might want to
write an article discussing residential construction vs. UBC 97.

I would assume that if anyone is interested that you should contact
Jeanne Vogelzang.  Or if you don't wish to go that direction, I can pass
on the name(s) of anyone interested in writing an article through our
(SEAMi's) NCSEA delegate.
