>From the AutoCAD 2000 "EDIT" menu, copy the part of the drawing you need to
bring in MS Word.(You can close AutoCAD 200 without saving.)Then open the MS
word file and from the "EDIT" menu select paste. It will keep the original
layer and quality of the drawing in MS Word. To edit (example: change object
layer, color, line type etc) or modify the embedded drawing, double click
the drawing already pasted in MS Word. It will open your drawing in AutoCAD
2000. Then you can edit and close the drawing in AutoCAD 2000. AutoCAD 2000
will ask you, if you want to update your object in MS Word. Click "yes" to
update. That will provide you updated drawing in MS Word.

Subject: AutoCAD 2000 Help

Any one knows how to bring drawings from AutoCAD 2000 into MS Word 2000
maintaining the original line thickness and quality of drawing.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
Thanks
