Yes, in ACAD perform a COPY or control C, set the window and hit enter.  Go
to the WORD document and use the PASTE and it will open a ACAD drawing in
WORD with the line widths and fonts of the original doc.

You can edit this new ACAD dwg by double clicking it.

Any one knows how to bring drawings from AutoCAD 2000 into MS Word 2000
maintaining the original line thickness and quality of drawing.
