is 57,000 psi, tensile is 74,000 psi, and for sizes over 3/4" the
corresponding values are 36,000 (yield point) and 60,000.  The mechanicals
are comparable, but be aware that A307 bolts are more likely to have a heavy
hex head for bolt development in concrete, and the SAE Grade 2 bolts will be
a standard hex head (1-1/8 across the flats in lieu of 1-1/4" in 3/4" bolt
diameter).
