We use HS bolts for anchor bolts frequently. A long bolts may be made from
threaded rod with a plate washer and nut on the embedded end.

I've been told that A325 bolts aren't typically manufactured in adequate
lengths to use as anchor bolts. Looking at a web site for a supplier of A325
bolts, I found a maximum length of 10" (uncoated bolt) with a more
availability (incl. galv.) in 8" bolts.
