My understanding is that the Omega factor is a strength based factor,
therefore the 1.7 increase is used to increase the allowable values to
strength level value.

Also I feel you on the major amount of response that people give to
non-structural or "astructural" subjects.  I just end up deleting all the
useless posts.

Ya know i sent a question here i needed help on and got no reponse yet
someone sends a question concerning whether this site should be typed in
