Subject: Attachment to existing water tower

I know there is a product out there on the market that will bond steel to
steel. Anyone know of a product or can point me in the right direction?

Want to attach some antennas to existing water tower. Do not want to weld as
it has a potential to damage the interior epoxy coating.
