RE: HSS vs. TS Properties For Design (WAS: Re: Copyright Infringe ment)

Will the latest HSS properties be included in the new 3rd edition LRFD
manual?  I'd rather not run out and get my own copy of the HSS manual if
I'll just get the same information later this year (and keep borrowing my
company library copy until then).  And the most important question... what
color will it be?  Everyone I know just refers to the steel manuals by their
color (silver, blue, green, or red if you haven't update in a while).
