The Coalition of American Structural Engineers (CASE) has published a set of Contract formats that can be adapted for you agreements.  They include different formats for the different types of clients a structural engineer may have (Owner, Architect, Contractor, another Engineer when acting as a Specialty Engineer, and so on).  The contracts are available on CD.
The Winter 2000 edition of Structure, the magazine from the NCSEA, has a couple of articles from  CASE, and gives this address to get more information about CASE: .
