You can still use the walls with half the allowable stresses for masonry with no
special inspection.

Hi everyone:

We have a 50' x 50' masonry structure with 11.5' high 8" block walls under
construction.

The contractor failed to have special inspection for the wall construction.

Is there any way we can do to save the walls have been built? There are about
75% of the total walls are completed.

Thanks in advance!
