Dear Onul,

Please take a look at my homepage (http://www.klaastromp.domainvalet.com)
and in the English version go to
WEBLINKS. Then go to Structural in the left column. Then at the bottom
(nearly) your will find SPanCAD.

It may help you in solving your problem with shear transfer in precast
structures since it is a design tool
for structural concrete walls with/without discontinuities. You should
master AutoCAD however!
