The Structural Engineers Association of Southern California (SEAOSC) will
present a short seminar on the following subjects:

"Design and Use of Ordinary Moment Steel Frames in Buildings"   by Michael
Cochran, SE.
"Materials, Testing and Inspection Issues Relating to Steel Seismic Force
Resisting Systems"   by Daniel Luna and Peter Maranian, SE.
