Dear Session

amplifying the PG&E impact,  our 2001 budget for PG&E is $10,000 or $833 per
month.  Our 2000 budget was 8500.

Our bills in January and February alone totalled over $4100,  which if
continued,  means we will spend $24,000 for PG&E instead of $10,000.

Rental income budgeted for 2001 is $28,000 v. $23,000 in 2000.

The increased energy costs needs to be shared IMHO  or else conservation does
not happen.
