I would recommend that you consider at least a 0.25"/12" roof slope at the
top of the membrane.  This corresponds to the minimum slope in the UBC.  

Floor drains are typically used in this situation.  An architect or a
plumbing engineer should know how to detail the interface with the
membrane.
