Too many variables, you have to be more specific.

Where? How large? What size? Soil conditions?

Those are just a few questions that are critical in making this
determination.

Subject: Construction Cost

Does anyone know the most cost efficient structural system (steel framing,
concrete framing or combination of wall bearing CMU wall with interior
columns) for fellowship building?
Thanks in advance.
