Autodesk has user forums for many of their products - I've found them
extremely useful for getting answers to questions, including capability of
the program prior to buying it (I use AutoCad LT). The info is coming from
users, not the company sales staff.
I haven't looked on the Microstation/Bentley site, but do they have anything
similar? Have you checked any of the CADD newsgroups? I don't know of one
devoted exclusively to Microstation, but you may get a response from even
one of the general CADD groups.
I would be interested in knowing what you find out about Powerdraft.
