I assume you want fillet welds.  Less than or eq. to 1/4"   1/8" fillet
                                                greater than 1/4" but l.t.
or eq. to 1/2"    3/16" fillet
                                                greater than 1/2"    1/4"
fillet
If dynamically loaded, 3/16" fillet is the minimum.
