Gaylord also has a book out titled the Design of Steel Bins and Silos but
its out of print and typically hard to find.

I don't recall the name of the book, but AISC has a
publication for the design of bins and silos. You may
want to check its wes site. Also, you will a chapter
on the topic in "Structural Engineering Handbook" by
Gaylord.
