FWIW, it happened a dozen or so years ago..a medieval tower in Bologna or
maybe Padova (Italy), not sure about the location, tripped down, due to lack
of maintenance and water infiltrations etc.
There were some victim and usual media coverage.
A techie of a Statal Bureau (namely Sovrintendenza Belle Arti, an architect,
btw) came on speaking to cameras stating "It's a clear fact, it's been a
structural INFARCT".
