No, 1000 square feet is correct.  The lower bound value for elements and components is 100 s.f. (interpolating between 10 and 100), this remains constant until 1000 s.f., where you switch to primary frame values.

Last sentence in footnote 2:  "For tributary areas greater than 1,000 square feet, use primary frame values."
Is this supposed to say "100 square feet"?
