The Wind Commentary to the 1994 UBC (which has identical wording for Note 2 in Table 16-H) says: "For tributary areas bewteen 100 square feet and 1,000 square feet, the values for 100 square feet must be used.  For tributary areas greater than 1,000 square feet, primary frame values are used."
 
I don't believe this is a typo.

Is this supposed to say "100 square feet"?
