be careful that the rollover calculations or allowables in the sense of your diaphragm stress transfer into the chords figure without direct transfer devices figure for the non-standard heights. 

i have been down the road of having to justify this once and you can't calc it, just have to rely on the testing data.  not sure they've got test data on taller seats. 

then again, just put a suitable transfer connection and you need not worry about seat rollover, eh ?
