RE: DETAILS

[Subject Prev][Subject Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next]
Your best bet is to check with the individual manufacturer of the building
you are preparing drawings for. As with most engineers, different
manufactures use different details for splices, bracing, trims, etc. Some
special details may even vary based upon the engineer designing the
building... Long story short.. there is a lot of variability in the
details... best to check on individual basis.

Subject: DETAILS

Dear Sirs,
Does anyone know where can I find drawing details for metal buildings? I
have the MBMA 96 Manual and the Metal Building Systems book by Newman and
none of them has good detailing examples.

If instead of a reference you know where can I find them in AutoCAD format I

would appreciate it.

THX,

JJ
