I used to love sports car's although I had to settle with Japanese sporty cars - my favorite was my 82 Supra and 81 280ZX. However, when I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in 98 (a new 97) I really started to enjoy myself. Now I would love a Jeep Wrangler to round out my off road enjoyment. The first trip I took in the Jeep had my 80-year old mother in law bouncing around the back seat as I drove through narrow canyons and over boulders in Joshua Tree National Monument. As tough a trip it was, my mother-in-law loved it.

I ride my 1978 Honda CB550 as much as possible.  But lately, the AC on it hasn't been working correctly :-)

Don't give up on your 4x4.  Keep the truck for work (& fun).  Then by your BMW (aka speeding ticket waiting to happen) and have fun.

I have a 91 Nissan Pathfinder 4x4  v6 that I really love. Bougth it used with 90k miles after graduation in 1998. No problmes yet and it looks good inside and out. I keep thinking of buying the dream BMW sport car, but I can not give up my 4x4.
Keep 4 wheeling....
