Rich:

Set up a templete in AutoCad, using white for all the borders and leterring
and grayscale for the grids.  Plot it on an ink jet in color.  If you want
I'll send you a copy of the 1/4" grid I use.  This allows you to custom the
sheet for each job and its easy to shrink ActoCad details down, so they can
be on the same sheet, if needed.
