RE: Glass in tall buildings

1997 UBC 1633.2.4.2 sets design requirements for connections to the
structural system. FEMA 368 Section 6.2.10 has these kinds of requirements
and is available as a pdf file: www.bssconline.org.

Subject: Glass in tall buildings

Dear colleagues:

Is there any regulations in seismic design codes on use of glass in tall
buildings, such as limiting
the allowable type to laminated glass and so on?

All the best,
A.S. Moghadam
