RE: Flagpole calc

I had been wondering this myself, and I agree that for a banner attached on
two sides the sail area with the appropriate factor for vortex shedding is
correct, but is this also reasonable for a flag attached on one side only?
Are there any references for what the appropriate shape factor is?

I don't have a problem with the "structural" side of the calcs...but how
do you calculate the windload on a banner/flag at xxx mph wind?  Thanks.
