The door and the frame must both be labeled as an assembly. If you have
glass panels, it too must be labeled.  The door hardware and any
weatherstripping must be approved also. As mentioned in another email,
you need to check the smoke seal requirements.

The label is a small metal plaque that is permainently attached to the
hinge edge of the door.

Unless your county has some type of proprietary requirements, either UL,
OSU, or Warnock-Hersey approval should be acceptable.
