Not to be appear rude, but how does one get awarded a project for which they are apparently not qualified or experienced for the specialty?  If we were to try to qualify for any bridge work, our company would have to submit its resumé showing our experience with previous bridges.  At least one engineer in the company would need to have previous experience to even be considered for the project.
