Ca=0.44Na=0.66 (soil profile D & Z=0.4)
Ip=1.5 (critical equipment @ essential facilities)
hx=hr (rooftop equipment)
ap=2.5 (table 16-O, item 3C)
Rp=1.5 (with vibration isolators, note14 of table
16-O)

Fp=6.60Wp

and if use shallow or expansion anchors, multiply the
Fp by 2 for anchor design!

of course, 4CaIpWp will govern the design (32-3)
