Re: IBC 2305.3.10 2x2x3/16 plate washers

I don't think that is the intention, in my opinion.  The whole reason
for going to the 3x is because of high shears.  Seems like you would
want them on plate washers for these types of walls anyway.

However, I can't back it up with code references.
