RE: Roof Noises III

I've seen it.  If you don't place plywood over the T&G then you have to
design the connection between the  T&G for shear unless the roof is
diagonally sheathed as laid out in the code.  

When I've given this plan review comment people have chosen to put sheathing
over the T&G.
