The Florida Dept. of Transportation has a program on their web site that you can download.  I don't remember their address but any search engine ought to be able to find it.

Subject: Pole Foundations

I need to design a foundation for a stadium light pole (round caisson type). Does anyone know of a good reference, design guide or chart for this?
