Not to be too critical, but I think that they were able to maintain the
thickness by using incredibly thin paper.  I'm pretty sure it is about 1/2
as thick as the 9th edition's paper - saving space and trees!  I wonder what
my 9th edition would look like now if it had the same paper as this.

I agree with the Bill on the content though.  It truly is impressive.
