RE: Drilled piers vs piles

Bill, I have several Geotechnical reports from recent years by reputable
Texas Geotechnical Engineering firms which recommend void forms with drilled
piers. They don't seem to share your opinion. Do you know of any regulatory
restrictions on the use of void forms or is this just personal opinion?
