RE: PE/SE distinction

Doooooooh!  I knew I should have gotten around to taking the Struct III
exam in Washington sooner.  Now I have to another 8 hour exam!! Bummer.

I suppose I can look it up on the WA website, but is the Struct III exam
only offered in the fall or spring?
