I can connect to three of the four links directly from the hypertext in your
e-mail. The URL you listed for the link 4 is incorrect (drop the www). I
have a DSL connection to the internet through a LAN broadband router and a
software firewall on my workstation.

Link #3: works fine for me
Link #4: Try

I would not be surprised if .mil servers are set to deny access to Pakistani
domains, but this is conjecture on my part.
