RE: seismic load combination for foundation of storage mezzanine

I would think that any weight that is used to generate the seismic load
could be included.  No weight, no seismic load.

Hi,
If not live load, then I should be able to put some of that weight in 0.9D
to reduce the eccentricity on the foundation. But can we do that?
