Yes. I have information on the WINDS LOADS IN THE PHILIPPINES.

The newly revised updated Structural Code of the Philippines put MANILA in

Zone II , wind speed = 200 KPH or 55m/s.

ZONE I, wind speed = 70 m/s (250 kph)

ZONE III, wind speed = 35m/s (125 kph).

A copy of the wind zone map is available upon request.
